About Walnut Grove

Walnut Grove is a 30-lot Eichler tract next to Greenmeadow, on Mumford, Dixon and Ely places off Charleston Road. The City dates it to 1953–1954 and lists Anshen & Allen and Jones & Emmons; an Eichler history publication says it debuted in November 1952 and that Arts & Architecture featured a four-bedroom, 1,700 sq ft model.
