Sequoia Union serves Atherton, Belmont, East Palo Alto, Menlo Park, Portola Valley, Redwood City, Redwood Shores, San Carlos and Woodside through four comprehensive high schools. TIDE Academy in Menlo Park closed in June 2026.

Sequoia Union draws most of its students from nine elementary districts. Graduates of the Menlo Park City, Las Lomitas, Portola Valley and Woodside Elementary districts go on to Sequoia Union, along with students from Belmont, Redwood City, San Carlos and East Palo Alto.
