Compass Cares Food Truck Fundraiser Raises $1,500 for My Digital TAT2!

A BIG thank you to everyone who was able to make it out to our first successful Compass Cares Food Truck fundraiser this past week!

In conjunction with Compass Cares, our team pulled together our first annual fundraiser featuring food trucks and festivities. With 4 trucks and hundreds of people, we raised a donation sum of $1,500 altogether.

Proceeds from the fundraiser will go towards My Digital TAT2, a nonprofit based in Silicon Valley working to provide hands-on education with schools across the Bay Area on topics related to technology. My Digital TAT2 bridges the knowledge gap between kids and their parents about what goes on in their phones, laptops, and social media through building healthy, positive relationships with technology.

Boyenga Team worked together with Compass Cares, a philanthropic outreach project of Compass, on this fundraiser. Each year, Compass Cares aims to generate $10 million in donation funds and skills-based volunteering for nonprofit organizations that serve local communities.
